TSOVINAR:
ARTIST RESIDENCY FOR STEAM, CITIZEN SCIENCE AND ECOLOGY IN ARMENIA
Tsovinar Artist Residency is an innovative program for artists, researchers, and educators in STEAM and citizen science fields. Focusing on human ecological impact and carbon footprint, the program promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, citizen science, and ecological awareness. Drawing inspiration from Tsovinar, the Armenian goddess of fluidity, the residency honours the Indigenous Armenian community and their environmental stewardship. Offering skill development, public outreach, and a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, the program actively engages underrepresented groups and forges partnerships to maximize its impact. The residency spans 6-8 weeks, and applications include project proposals, CVs, portfolios, and letters of motivation.
